Within your account you are able to save multiple shipping address and link to Paypal for a speedy, secure checkout. Please note that if your email address is not recognized, but have previously shopped with us, you will need to create a new account for security reasons.
We can confirm that we have a strict policy against animal testing and we’re pleased to say that we are a PETA accredited cruelty-free brand (and can be found on their list of cruelty-free companies). We do not sell our products in China and no animal testing is performed on our products/ingredients on our behalf.
Of course! Order by 3pm Monday - Thursday (UK) and receive your order the next day, by selecting our Next Day Shipping at checkout! UK can also choose Royal Mail Standard delivery (2-7 days). For European delivery information click here.
Please note that at busy times such as Christmas and Sale Periods some delivery options may be unavailable and it may take us slightly longer to send your order, but this will always be communicated and we'll do our best to get it to you as speedy as possible!

If you are having an issue with your delivery please email us on email@example.com. Please make sure you have your name and order number to hand so we can trace this for you.
Within the UK we aim to have your items with you within 2-7 working days (this may increase to 7-14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas). Within the rest of Europe, we aim to have your items to you within 5-7 working days (this may increase to 7-14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas). A courier tracking number will be provided by email to you once the order has been shipped. This can be tracked via the couriers website.
It's okay if you change your mind, we offer a 28 day returns policy as long as the product is unopened and unused. If the product is returned to us opened and used, for reasons of health and hygiene we will not offer a refund/exchange. *Lottie London does not cover the return shipping fee. We can only accept returns which have been bought directly from lottie.london with valid proof of purchase (order number) and can't consider returns from any other retailers/stockists. If you have purchased a product at one of our retailers/stockists, please contact them directly.

Once you have logged your return please e-mail our Customer Service team with details regarding the exchange/refund you would like and proof of postage/tracking. The exchange will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery. *Subject to availability

All order cancellations are processed manually and therefore can only be actioned between Mon- Fri 9:00am-5:00pm during customer service opening hours. If you have e-mailed and have not heard back within 45 minutes, please call us on +44 (0)20 79 40 0005 and someone will help you cancel your order as we aim to reply to e-mails within 48 hours.
If your order has not been processed and packed it can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your account. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for refund processing.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled and to receive a refund the Returns Process will need to be completed.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact customer service on email@example.com. Please provide your order number, images of the faulty/incorrect item and packaging it arrived in.

If a product you want is out of stock then you can sign up for email alerts when it comes back into stock. Underneath the Out Of Stock alert is a link which reads ‘Can’t find your style?’ Please click on this link and enter your email address to be alerted as soon as new stock becomes available!
Most of our products are vegan friendly, however some of our make up range uses bee's wax. Please refer to our ingredients lists for a full breakdown of vegan/non-vegan products.
